As far as I know, you can go to any Ford dealer and order a Mustang except the Bullitt, GT350, and GT500 which require an allocation.

They're able to order vehicles for stock at the moment. I would think they can order one for you as well. If the first guy says "No", call around a bit.

No. While all three of those cars require an allocation, a standard mustang does as well, regardless of trim levels. While there are no allocations for specific packages (for example, there are no "allocations" for a PP2 car), there are commodity restrictions from time to time for certain packages based on parts availability. While everyone like to say "See! MagneRide shortages!", these restrictions can also apply to more mundane items. As an example, back around March, people couldn't order 401A cars for a short time as there were not enough hand-stitched console covers.
