Pull the drive shaft so we can at least take that out of the equation. It is hard to stomach the cost of the billet planet vs the 4r200 but it does save you a headache. Could just stab a f150 trans in and keep rolling.

UPDATE!!!!.Well took the trans apart today.Planetary blew apart.5k miles on trans 750 rwhp 90% of its life,the last month and at the track the car was probably making close to 850 rwhp.Just a heads up,if your planetary goes u will likely need a spare parts trans for some of the hard partz that also get damaged.My buddy Kens took and some pics and i will see if he can upload them so u guys can see what it looks like when the forward planetary lets go.

That’s what I though, it is always easier to upgrade than to rebuild.
I’m around there in power and broke the snout. I was worried that the weak link when I complete my engine install was going to be the tranny. Now this just confirm it!
Months ago broke my drive shaft 1st pass 2-3

Damm man yea sounds like u have bad luck like me.Car had 1000miles on it and broke convertor and now going to cost 3k to rebuild the trans and thats with me and me buddy doing all the labor.My 15 pp i wiped the motor out and just got rid of it lol.

How many miles. And more importantly. How many passes did you make at the 750whp level? I race with a guy at Atco probably had 300-400 passes at the 700-750 level on stock engine/trans/axles. Never broke once. Upgraded to a bigger blower. Broke an axle and the trans on consecutive outings when he bumped the power to the 850-875 range. Not saying this is common but an interesting coincidence. To your story.

About 4k miles on 750 rwhp and probably 60 to 70 passes.I just recently drop 2 pulleys and put a 2018 intake which took me well over 800 whp.Had about 5 0r 6 data logs at this power and well not quite 1 pass,broke on the 2/3 shift.The car is making some serious power with that pulley.

What are crank a blower pulley sizes? You know the amount of boost it was making to get over 800 mark?

What are crank a blower pulley sizes? You know the amount of boost it was making to get over 800 mark?
4.5 pulley on a d1 on e85.8 in crank pulley.It was making 15 to 16psi.

Yea man billet planetary input shaft and clutches and steels.Listen to what the trans tech who builds yolo's trans,at power by hour.What he says in that video sums it up.These trans are not gojng to hold up lkng at 800 plus rwhp.Actually he says less but take his word for it lol.
