Confused about something

So the S550 has one cat that can be unbolted and another one attached to the header...
Now I was looking at exhausts that remove the "cats" and they require additional welding/cutting and such or replacing the headers.

Armytrix has a set up that bolts onto the removed cat and then flanges into the other cat without removal...
does that screw up exhaust flow or cause other issues?
I know about the O2 sensor and the CEL concerns but from a performance/durability concern

anyone else just bolt to the other cat and not remove it?

thanks guys

Can't have one side of the engine with a cat and one side without - that's ridiculous.

That just doesn't seem right. Wouldn't there be a significant difference in flow between the catted vs. non-catted side?

That is why i am asking
This seemed half assed and i am already annoyed ford doesn't allow the second cat to just unbolt
Can anyone explain the risk of just bolting this kit on?
whats the worst that can happen?

If you read the description from goonzsquad. THey just have the cat back only.
Will it hurt the car?

I hope that they fixed some of the droning issues they have in other cars...otherwise for the cost this is a HUGE waste of money.

Please ask me how I know...

A catback that's almost the price of a Vortech\Paxton tuner kit. Seems like a great deal!

Said no one ever.....
