1. Buy a GT500 for less
2. Buy and modify the GT themselves, for less
3. Go to a dealership and buy an equivalent modded car, again, for less

The price is past ridiculous, and it doesn't look like anything. The best looking super snakes were the 2013-2014 GT500 wide body.

Got links? I'd have a hard time believing there's similar/same new, factory warrantied Mustangs out there for 1/2 that price, which would be right around $65K. Cheaper, but not 1/2 the price.

To some that price might seem steep, but that car will be sold, probably for that price.

Whether or not it's worth it to one person, doesn't mean another person will view it's value the same way. There are those that will pay that amount for that car. It's an actual Shelby (not a Ford with badges), and it will have a factory warranty that a highly modded Mustang will not.

I'm not saying it's a good value, just that someone out there will buy it for that price.

I just threw up a little bit. YOu can legitimately buy a nice used Audi R8 for that nonsense. And a recent one.

A month or so back I was looking at new Bullitt's.
One dealer had the price marked down $4.00!

I have seen them in person they are beautiful cars.. I agree the price is too much and little by little Shelby America is offering the parts..you can now get the grill the rear spoiler and the hood..once that front bumper cover is available it's a wrap!! will easily be able to have her own knock-offs and build them ourselves and a fraction of the price.
