Not even going to race it ??.

I know stuff happens and in the grand scheme of things in life cars are not really that important .

Yeah , I hear ya . More important things in life .

2 years ago I would have been jumped at the chance of buying such a beast .... but priorities are changing for me too .
I am going to try and offload a couple of mine once I put them back together (both getting new long blocks ).
Don’t really have too but have to stop the bleeding at some point .

You should get top dollar for yours with how well you have documented everything and the quality of the build .

You mean you don’t need 10 mustangs? Lol
Not sure if I need to sell yet but it would make things easier until I recover.

Top dollar sounds amazing. Would be nice to recoup some of the money that went into this project. I don’t even know where to start on selling it or what it’s worth lol.

I’m sorry you have to sell, this makes me sad. I hope all is ok. Good luck.

Much better. Left on 4psi peaked at about 9. Still haven't turned on the AMS. Happy to be back in the car and making passes.

Made three more passes Friday. Nothing good lol. Trans is slipping between shifts. TS said to check the shifter cable. Managed at 6.4x at 113. But I did get a weight on the car. 4084 full of fuel with me in it.

Shift linkage was off. Adjusted and still slipping. Looks like this cost me a rebuild. Going to fix my leaking rear main seal while its out.

Appreciate it. Just very frustrating when shit isn't done right........... (list gets longer everyday)........ Especially with the amount of money paid and time spent. Taking the car to a local trans shop in the morning.

When you taking that beat to the track? You are going to hurt a lot of feelings with that setup. lol

Update, fried the clutches. Everything else looks good. Should have the car back next week with a properly adjusted shifter. Hopefully now I can finally get after it. We shall see I guess.

And the crappy luck continues. It will be worth it once all the teething pains are over. Best of luck man!

Picked up the car today. The misaligned shifter burnt up all the steals, clutches and ate the pump. I guess the good news is..... found my last oil leak. Someone apparently couldn't install the rear main seal correctly.

$1400 and 6 months later...... I can now hit the track with power. That is until the next completely avoidable thing pops up.

If the boss will let me, I'm going to try and get some passes in on Sunday. Well see how well that goes over lol.
