Hey, does anyone know how to remove the front running pony emblem on the 2016 Mustang GT/CS? Picture attached.

But if it is removed, won’t there still be a molded outline behind it?

Here is a pic. The emblem is mounted with nuts on the back side.

Yep, 3 nuts that are not very tight. Unbolt the hood latch and set it to the side, without unhooking the cables. Reach in with just a socket and remove the nuts. Replace hood latch. Takes 10 minutes, max. No outline left. It is attached over the full grill.

No outline? Cool. Wish they would've done that with the standard grille.
