I don't find much info on aluminum DS....Are any benefits for DD cars....there is a video of CJ but on manuals...
please let me know your thoughts....
P.D. I did it in my old '16 AT, and felt the difference....

No benefit at all in my opinion unless your putting down a lot more power

Think of it as future proofing your car for more power with a side affect of less weight and less parasitic loss to the wheels.

Agree....that was the feeling in my '16, more response, due to the lighter driveshaft and was an auto 6R...
