WTF? Carbon Cartel (Carbonplug.com) Ordered something in Jan, never heard back!

Hey guys, getting pissed over here.
I ordered a few matte carbon fiber pieces for my 2019 Mustang in early January, from Carbonplug.com
2 months later and nothing...I emailed them twice with their web form on their website, but haven't heard a peep.
This stuff was expensive too!

Wondering if anyone has gotten hosed from these guys? I heard some forum members receiving good quality items from them and decided to try them.
Should I cancel the payment on my credit card? How long should I be expected to wait for this?

Communication with them is non existent - no phone, email, or any direct contact.

I ordered some stuff waaaay back. it took a while but it was delivered with no defects.

Keep us in the loop, I almost pulled the trigger on a super hard to find part.

Same story as everyone else........took probably 6-8 weeks for something I ordered from them. Decent quality, but I'm afraid all they are doing is ordering stuff from China after you place your order. I wanted to return one of the items and never heard back from anyone after several email attempts and finally gave up and just sold it on here for a loss.

They publish no phone number, which should have been the first sign.

I'll never use them again.

The parts are from Guangzhou. It took so long because it was Chinese New Year when you were making an order. BTW did you receive them now?

Update: Finally heard back from the company - appreciate the response finally. Just know things can take longer than expected. Email I received is below.

"First of all, thank you for your order. I'm very sorry for the delay, we are still producing this. Everything should be ready to ship on the week of the 18th. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information. I will also keep you updated and send you pictures of the finished pieces. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

That's not very reassuring considering how much time has passed.

Can you share what email address they contacted you from? I placed an order 6 days ago and I haven't gotten a response to two emails I've sent trying to get confirmation and an ETA on the products.

But looks really good quality from pictures...

Everything finally shipped out today, and it will arrive USPS April 1st. I got an email with a tracking number just like they said so at least they are consistent with that.

He sent me a pic the other day of the dash and window switch replacements.
I'll update this post with the delivery and how things were packaged and take photos of what I got.
I ordered the Matte carbon fiber replacement dash with Door Window Switch replacements in Matte carbon and also shifter inserts.

My only dilemma is that I love the matte carbon look but might not match some of the other interior parts...
