I was at Barbers this weekend and had a really good run both days.
The only thing that I kept having to address was tire pressure. The stock MPS4s
got greasy after about 15 minutes and measured 37 PSI hot. I started the weekend
at 32 cold and bled them down after each session throughout the weekend. While I don't plan to
run these tires again I am curious what everyone else has run cold/hot.

So, onto my real question, my new track wheel/tire setup is 19x10 and 285/35 R888rs. I'm really interested
in cold and hot temps from you guys that track. I should have a least -2.5 camber in
the front and -1.8 (maybe -1.9) in the rear.

Depend son the weather but typically tires increase 6-10psi from their cold setting. 32psi is a good place to start on a cold day. On a hot day 28-30psi would put you in the sub 38psi hot range.

Invest in a probe type tyre pyrometer. That will tell you how much camber you need. -2.7* front may be better.

thanks! I eventually backed the cold off to 30. I think it could have gone more, maybe to 28th.

running the exact same wheel tire setup for the first time this weekend. I sure I dont have enough camber. -2.3 and -1.5
I will make an adjust for the next time out.

I will try and pick one of these up today

You're not too far off for the front. I think the min is -2.5.
My suggestion (based on this forum) is -2.5 for the front and -1.9 for the rear.

Let me know how it wears on the tires.

I always start the morning at 28 psig. After 30 minutes on the track the tires are around 34-35 psig. Re-torque the lugs after the first session.
