Ive got a track day coming up and im curious if anyone has any part numbers for a Dayco/Gates or good alternative belt I can keep on hand if something happens? If I can pick it up from a local place that would be fantastic. I searched and found some things but noticed theres two version lengths for the Gen 2 blowers?

There’s many possibilities. What belt do you have now?
The brand name on my current belt is Dayco. It had some minor cuts on it when I recieved it so Im wanting to replace it asap and have this as a back up.

Does it have a length stamped on it? There’s a wide range of lengths available depending on when the kit was purchased, pulley size, routing, etc. I recommend at least getting one of the same length that is working for you now, even if it is from a different manufacturer. A Dayco 5061065, for example, is a 6 rib, 106.5 inch belt. A Gates equivalent would be the K061066RPM (RPM belt, which Whipple used at one point) or the K061066 (standard belt that Whipple uses now). The most common lengths in use are 102.5, 103.3, and 106.6, with 102.5 being what Whipple uses currently. However, tons of people (myself included) cannot get that short of a belt to go on. The routing changed at one point, too, to be longer. That means that there are Whipple cars out there with belts shorter than 102.5.

This whipple chart helps. Shows pulley size to belt length. Also the newer routing for reference.

That part number is from the belt that drives the AC compressor (BR3E 6C301 LA). it's only 34" long.
