Rear seat clip broken?

I think my rear seat clip is broken, the driver side does not lock into place. Is this part fixable?

Mine got broken some time ago also, think it was part of when the audio shop was doing the wiring but I didn't notice right away. Thankfully it stopped rattling, no clue how/why.
