Hey guys,

I’m the new guy on here but have been doing a lot of research on this topic with mixed results.

My car is stock other than Roush exhaust and x pipe. I am torn between a lund 91 tune and 91 5 star tune. I had a 5 star on my truck with good results.

Any reviews on the mustang 5 star tunes? Any ideas for discount codes for a Lund tune?

Thanks guys!

Lund tune for sure. I had a $50 discount code, but it was given away at Texas Mustang Invasion. It's not like AM or LMR where they have discount codes.

Agreed. I love my Lund tune. I would definitely go the same route if I did it all over again.

Thank you for the feedback. Did you guys notice a pretty big gain on a mostly stock car?

For sure, but when I added my Lund I had also added a PMAS (tune req.) At the same time

Just get the lund flex fuel tune, all you need is the 47lb injectors, install is easy and there's some good install videos for it. That way you can use your 91 and if you want a little extra pep for a weekend just fill up with some e85 and enjoy! Just did all this on my 16 and couldn't be happier!

I will probably do the Ngauge & AEM panel w/ Airaid tube, stock air box w/modded grill drill. The 47# injectors are a no-brainer and as said, cheap and easy install plug&play. Late June I get a bonus @ my job. Driveshaft by April.

You should break the mold and try the 5 star tune for the Mustang. As you already know, 5 star is well liked in the F150 community but I believe they’ve only recently offered a Mustang branded tune. Prices are very competitive. No reason to think their tunes would turn out any different on a Mustang.

Go with lund ngauge and k&n panel filter. Skip the aftermarket cais.
With a 2016 he'd benefit from an OEM 2018, add 2018 mani on there too. 47s and e85 tune and it's a different car.

I highly recommend AED but can't go wrong with Lund or PBD.

I'm thinking about trying out AED. Seems like people are really liking their Tunes. What are the benefits of a 2018 mani? I just upgraded to a 2017 GT from a 2016 Eco.
