thats very on the cheap side in that range you're looking at perhaps the edelbrock or perhaps a bottom end centri blower.
or a roush s1 on b2b prices.

ruled that one out as i'm not aware of anyone doing a tune for the kb for uk spec cars unless he's going to get a custom tune done locally in which case he's braver than I am

There's KB UK tunes.... There's like 4 or 5 of them in the country, 4 installed, one waiting to go on a certain white M6G members car.

FWIW, Bill Sheppherd put one on his first car, the power the KB made was literally 150 less than listed, he took it off and returned it.

One I have coming like most doesn’t make the claimed power but isn’t that far off. Seen graphs for around the 550rwhp so about 650ish crank.

Seen the kit with custom tuning hit 600rwhp and stage two in the high 600’s at the wheels.

Had a bit of delay with customs as my contact details were incorrect on there paper work so they could not get in touch with me.

I rang to find out why it was delayed and got it sorted.

so i was spot on then ;)

looking good and i do believe they're considerably easier to fit than the whipple and roush/fr kits as again pretty sure they don't need the kbrace trimming.

just noticed thats a built in wastegate too oO if you want more boost just cut the pip and put a T in there leave the T bit venting to atmos and it'll give you more psi before it pushes the spring and releases.

Yeah pretty straight forward fitmemt
There is only 2 holes that have to be tapped larger but that’s it really.
Think a bit of the plastic scuttle has to be trimmed slightly too.
