I
We're gonna find out. Honeybadger I believe will be the first to take the plunge probably within a few months perhaps.
I really hope that the cams will arrive in the next couple of months

I won’t install cams unless I port the heads, Ferrea valve train, and intake manifold.
I’ve been talking to Plazmaman about using it on the voodoo.

I'm in the same boat. I won't do ANYTHING on the top end unless it's a full build, ported heads, new camshafts, springs, OPG, crank sprocket gear, gaskets and hardware.

Exactly.
I’ll do it all at once.
The bottom end is stout.

Great, my wallet just got even lighter than I thought it would be...

EDIT: I would like to do only intake side but it is what it is

Better call and reserve a set if you haven't already
Cam core availability right now is not good....

Not worth doing all the labor to swap cams without knowing “real world” performance.
Until I see real dyno testing of before and after, I’m sitting back and watching.
If it’s a 20ish hp gain I’m out.

Time will tell.

If you are going in to do OPG/CG its not that much more work
From my conversations with Michael at L&M I am expecting more than 20HP
But that is the chance I am willing to take

I know and understand that it’s not a big deal to install cams.
If I do cams, I’m also doing Ferrea valve train.
But if all the gains are is 20ish hp for how much money? $3k for 4 cams? Not worth it.
Like I said, I’ll wait to see real world testing.

It will take more rpm to get any real gains from cams. is moving peak power to 8000+ with a 9000 redline realistic for a mostly street driven car?
