upgrade just speakers

I’m in the process of replacing all my “premium 9 speaker system and started with the A pillar tweeters first. I’m using infinity reference series through. The tweets came with rather large caps already hardwired The oem has the tiniest cap ever ...does size matter? I’m keeping everything stock amp & headunit wise.
I’m I flirting with disaster to not use the infinity supplied caps or does my factory system already offer some protection?
The large supplied caps have me trying to figure out where to place them and not near the airbag.
Any thoughts or advice on how & or where to install what I have is appreciated.

Why did you cut the plug............UGGGGGGGGGG.
I have posted somewhere on the site here the part numbers for the plugs and pins that ford uses.
It just kills me to see factory harness's chopped up

Those are the factory plugs.
And yes you should put the caps in to protect the tweeters.Just crimp the leads and cover with shrink tubing.Soldering would be better.

I tried to find those
Picsdrawings didn't look correct and order quantity was 100 for each part nUmber and about 80-100 for each part nUmber.
Couldn't find locally......
