After AB1824 killed fix-it tickets for exhaust loudness, SEMA got together with some legislators who drafted AB390 to repeal the changed AB1824 made.
What is important to know is that it does not increase how loud your exhaust can be - that has been 95db for decades. What it will do is allow one to have a $25 fix it ticket for a loud exhaust instead of a $197 non-fix-it-ticket.

We should all do this. Make sure to also contact your local assemblyperson because most of their contacts are for districts you may not live in.
