The one thing I'm concluding from the Ranger front end on that mule is that they are probably using the 2.3T in the Bronco.

Why would I want a huge, boaty vehicle with a tiny little engine? The only good reason for building a car with a 4 or 6 cylinder is to wrap a smaller car around it. And before you say it - NO fuel economy is NOT a good reason.

If they put a 5.0 in the Bronco, I'd buy one. Not in Ford's plans though.

In real world conditions the V8s do just as good if not better than the crappy “eco”boost

I agree. And they sound awesome. And they work great. And they last a long time.
