I run 305/30 square on track and get understeer at low speeds. I also rotate the tires to help extend the life. I wouldn't use the factory widths (295 - 305) for the track. For the street it won't matter as this car can't be pushed anywhere near its limits in that environment.

Other than FP springs I have no other suspension mods.

What wheels are you running (include size, offset...please)?

I'm considering a used GT350 to step in to the world of the IRS Mustang. Since I do track events I would like a true square setup with the same wheel on all 4 corners. I believe this usually involves running a spacer upfront but that what I'm here to make sure of. What type of wheels specs would I be looking for? I'm looking for 19x11 to run 305/30-10 in either RE71 or RS4's. Thanks!

Added a set of R-spec Project6GR wheels in satin black. Car still has the 35 series tires from the stock GT350. They're a little stretched over the wider wheels, but they also fill out the fender gap perfectly when paired with the Ford Racing springs and swaybars.

Cant decide what rims to go with on the white.. thinking gold..maybe a silver?? any thoughts?

I'm not a fan of gold on anything other than a rice burner, but that's me. Wheels are such a personal thing, do whatever makes you happy. If you do a google image search for white shelby gt350 aftermarket wheels you'll get some decent ideas. BTW, Ferris is really sick, haven't you heard.....

I was going brushed bronze 100% if I had ended up with a white GT350.

Guess thats why he has not chimed in.. I agree with the ricer thing for the most part..I have seen some white and gold and think I like it on the mustang.. just needs to be the right shade.. Don't want black, not sure chrome works with the white .. So.. I have also thought about light grey / graphite??

im the worst at selecting rims but my local tire shop dinged both my front rims and chipped the paint off them...gives me an excuse to look at purchasing some aftermarkets. Any recommendations or thoughts? cars a avalanche Grey with black stripes and black painted roof

Shelby just released their CS-21 in smoke, Shelby website, essentially the CS-21 in very light gray. IMO they look really nice. Certainly more affordable than some aftermarket brands by a long shot. The "R" look-a-likes are nice too IMO, these just look special. Best of luck in the search.
