Are these applicable to cars produced in the US? Here we have no aftermarket options for the 2018-2019 models due to the change in airbag. Have you remedied this "problem"?

Ford changed the way the airbag attaches to the wheel starting with the 2018 model. The holes in the wheel that receive the tabs are aligned differently. Thus far I know of no company that has redesigned an aftermarket wheel to fit. There would be a huge market for them here in the US if someone would. Not many people liking their stock wheel.

For the Miata, I ended up buying an OEM wheel and had it re-skinned with a much thicker grip and nicer leathers, so that the OEM bag and boss assembly would not be altered and therefore not compromise the airbag function.

Very nice! Did you do the work yourself or do you have a shop you use? Have any pics of your work? I have no doubt I am not that handy. If I had the skills/means I would produce them and make a mint!

Yes.

2018+ steering wheel base is hard to come by at the moment. If anyone knows where I can source them please let me know!
