From years ago but caught my eye again this morning, so....
I was lowering a car with a floor jack and didn't pay attention to how close the top of the handle was to the wall. As the jack rolled sideways, the handle punched thru the drywall. With one end of the handle in the wall, no way to jack the car back up and with the car down, the jack was too close to the car to push it far enough under the car to free the handle (other than unbolting and pushing it thru the drywall on the other side of the wall). LoL. That was when I realized not discarding my old leaking floor jack was not all bad.
