Who are you guys using to ship exhausts? Im going to be shipping my corsa from pa to florida and i checked ups fedex and usps. Using the corsa box i could not find anything under $200! That's ground shipping! Im using the online calculators and usps said its to big to even ship.

I shipped and received through fedex. Try putting it in two boxes. My SW redline catback was 125 to ship. And I shipped a full exhaust from my BMW for about the same cost. Both two boxes. You get charged for oversized boxes.

Greyhound

The only thing is, Greyhound depots are usually not as local or convenient to buyer/seller as UPS, DHL or FedEx. The cost to ship larger bulky packages is usually cheaper via Greyhound.

Another thing you might want to try - instead of trying to “box” it, go to your local Staples, Office Max or other big box store and get the large bubble wrap. Wrap it in a couple of layers and then see if your shipping costs come down, as the overall size and weight will be reduced.
