Going to replace brake pads after 12k miles should I replace the rotors also?

I wouldn't for a street car, unless the rotors are significantly worn (per caliper measurements).

Ford will most likely recommend new rotors.

It's highly unlikely you need to replace the rotors.

if you are concerned, take the rotors to a shop that will resurface them. I think I paid 10.00 a rotors the last time I had mine done.

Best I could do without taking the wheel off. Crazy schedule with school and the NASCAR weekend coming up.

Rotors look like they're in decent condition without any cracks. If they're within minimum thickness I'd keep using them for the ~$500 it'd cost to replace. If memory serves it's 34mm minimum thickness, but it should be engraved on the center section somewhere.

You're still 2-3mm to the sensor on those pads.

I would keep running the setup.

Also, the rotors look good. Just measure them like everyone else says. I doubt they are to minimum thickness.

Those brake pads are fine for another 12,000 miles of street driving and the rotors look great. Just keep going and check in again later.
