Going to flash back my Lund 93 tune with emissions on. Not worried about EVAP because that requires more dribdriand I know it works.

Man the stock tune sucks so bad, lol.
How long did it take to get your O2 and HO2 to go green?

Your EVAP should be one of the first things to set. At least in my experience. If that goes green you'll pass in TX with one unready

EVAP usually sets after continuous highway driving at one speed. I did a lot of city driving during that stock tune drive.

I just re-tuned and crank relearned, so I'll see how things go after some time back on my tune.

All those monitors started over again if you reflashed. Im sure you know that. I guess you know more than I do but why are you doing a crank relearn to pass inspection? I can guarantee you every single car in America will pass emissions on a stock tune with stock parts or it wouldn't be able to be offered for sale whether it's legal or not. Again not sure why you're messing with a crank relearn on a stock tune that's only trying to get through inspection

The crank relearn was for the CEL I got for going back to stock. Nothing else.

Yeah, I know everything reset. Now to see if I can get the O2 / HO2 back to ready status.

About 15-20 minutes of driving.
Damn. Well, I left my car with battery unplugged overnight. I don't have the option of going back to stock calibration, but I might switch to it and then load up Lund's "emissions" calibration afterwards to see if it helps.

I won't have that luxury soon either once I put on the 18 manifold. That's why I'm doing some testing now to see if I can get it to light up. Lund swears the emissions tune I have is good and was their latest one after I had them double check the file. Although, it's more for piece of mind because I'm pretty sure I can pass inspection with a red O2 / HO2 here where I am, but still I'd like to see them go to ready status.

Defoulers will be the answer to a lot of your problems- have them on my blown S197 w/ SW catted long tubes and it solved my rear o2 problems almost immediately.

I went with the 90* degree options to pull the sensor out of the stream more and its been good for the last few thousand miles.

I have catted ARH full exhaust and was able to get all my monitors set using the Vibrant J style extensions. Took about 400 miles.

What is the process for the crank relearn? I'm running the FF as well and was contemplating the '18 intake but have to pass the emissions which requires ready on the O2's. So is it possible to run the Lund emissions tune with an 18' intake with extenders and pass?

Good news, friends. It worked. This is after 2 days of driving to and from work, mixed city/highway driving. I'm on my Lund 93 octane tune with ARH catted headers, and O2 spacers.

Awesome! Would you be able to link the 02 spacers you used? I'm going to have to pass MD emissions soon and would rather put these on now rather than run the risk of failing with catted kooks LTHs. Thanks!
