Jeff's killer Comp Orange GT is rocking Satin Black EC-7s in a 19x11" ET52 squared configuration with 25mm front spacers and 305/30 Nitto NT01 tires. This might be my favorite color on the Mustang, what do you guys think?

Thanks Cory.

Too cold to install on Car but I am going to try and get them mounted on the tires tomorrow.

How do you think this color will look on Royal Crimson?

I think that's going to look excellent, especially in direct sunlight where the metallic in the paint will sparkle.

Chris got back from Las Vegas Motor Speedway and brought with him some amazing pictures. The car combined with Anthracite 19x11" EC-7s is simply stunning.

19x11" ET52 square
25mm front spacer
305/30-19 Bridgestone RE71R tires

It was 64 today and low tonight is 59 . I installed them . Cell phone pics, sorry.

Make sure you use the factory style lug nuts that are either OEM or gorilla, as the aftermarket ones have a blunt end versus the beveled style. (Thanks for the tip Cory)

The ride height makes me want to rethink my choice of Springs to the ultralight extreme 2 inch drop Springs or maybe adjustable ride height coil overs.

So a question I have is, on a 19 x 11 et 52 squared set up. When looking above at the pic of the race red car, looks like there could be rubbing on the fender on hard turns. Is that correct? My car is stock height on magneride dampers, however I will be going with the Steeda springs in the future that lower the car .75". I like the idea of a 19 x 11 sq for race days but I don't want rubbing. How likely is it to be a problem?

Gah if I had money I'd buy wheels from you even if they were complete poop. Gorgeous photos!

Yeah you may need some camber plates to tuck that in and clear the fenders. 305 tires on a 19x11 is definitely an aggressive on the front (not too difficult to fit on the rear)

Cory..

My 18x10s ...i think are actually rubbing in the front. Both times i have heard it i have been turning around in the drive way, never on the open road or in parking lots. The noise isn't bad, i cant tell if it is rubber hitting or metal on metal. I will be careful in the drive way until Steeda does my suspension and i will have them check it out. Corey, do you have any thoughts on this??

I will say the butt dyno says the car turns better and is a tad more willing when on the throttle and i like it (Not suprising since these wheels and tires are WAY LIGHTER and WAY STICKER) than my "3 seasons setup" which is just ultra summer tires (two classes down) with a 320 treadwear (vs 240 tread wear extreme tires) and are smaller on the front and heavier on the rear.

It is likely just barely rubbing the inner fenderwell if you have the steering wheel at full lock. There's really not a ton that can be done aside from not turning as sharp or you could add a 3 or 5mm spacer up front which fits without issue on the factory wheel studs. This would give you a bit more room on sharp turns, and look a bit more flush up front, without any rubbing issues on the outside.

Adding camber plates to the front while you do the springs would be a good idea. I'd like to see at least -2.5* of camber up front for track use, as well as ensuring the tire does not rub the outer fender on hard turns or worse, bump and turn.

This really goes for any wheel setup, if it's going to be on track and you care about your tires, get camber plates. Factory camber is not sufficient for track use unless you're out there doing parade laps ;)

My suspension install in a couple weeks includes all of the following: Camber plates, control arms with improved clearance and it will end up being 0.25 inch higher than what it is now. I assume with all that, I probably won't need spacers?

Thanks man, I just stick to auto x for now, want to keep a semi street friendly camber so I'll likely stick with my original plan when I purchase track wheels and stick with a 19 x 10 sq set up.

Hard to say without knowing where the contact is being made, but nothing you're installing will fix the issue of it contacting the inner fender well at full lock. You probably have thinner steering rack limiters than most other cars, which allows for more angle from the rack.

Don't be afraid of a little negative camber! -2.5* is nothing really, and the myth that camber kills tires can't die fast enough. Toe, really toe-out, is what kills tires. If you have -2.5* and zero toe up front, you will not notice any ill effects relating to tire wear or straight line handling in comparison to stock.

That all said, 19x10" ET40 is a nice setup to that works great with a 275 or 285 width tire.
