Has anyone put spacers on their S550 w/ OEM 17 inch wheels and happen to have pictures? I'm really starting to hate the factory offset and the wheelgap on mine. I know lowering springs would fix the look, but I'm concerned about the idea of gradually destroying the car because of the horrible condition the roads in my country are as even on stock suspension driving is rough virtually everywhere here.

I think these pics are just the spacers but before springs...not 100% certain though.

All around the car or rear only? And what size did you use?

No, the 25mm was the perfect size. 20mm can cause issues because the stock studs will be a little bit longer than the ones on the spacer and hit the pocket on the back of the wheels.

Some people have had issues removing the spacer lugs so that's really the only thing I'd say to be careful of but I had no issues running them for over a year (briefly with the 17s then with 19s) until I got new wheels.

For my winter tire 235/50R18 setup I put 25mm in rear and 20mm in front. Looks sooo much better. Make sure to tighten lug nuts after driving 50 miles, very important as I waited too long and ha mine loosen during drive that freaked me out. Tightened and been good since
Coyote brand bought from coyote direct or Amazon, American muscle has rip off markup

Can you remove the spacer lugs and put extended studs, would that work? I ran into the same issue. I got 15m and the stock studs are hitting the back pocket.

I'd guess you could, but I'd say if you're going to do that, do it right and get slip-on spacers instead of modifying ones with lugs built in which could weaken them structurally.
