Will I need anything additional to use these on my 18 gt?

You can run just the springs but we strongly recommend running the camber plates up front - https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-camber-plates-15-16-all-555-8139.html

The camber plates reduce excessive uneven tire wear which can result from lowering.

These are for GT and V6 only - Eco uses a different spring
