What are members doing with thier stock exahust?

Just upgraded to the MBRP street exhaust and love it. Now unsure what to do with the stock system. I hate to just throw it in the trash since it only has 2000 miles on it? What are other members doing with their stock exhaust when they upgrade?

I tried to sell mine locally, then offered it for free to who ever would come get it. I ended up throwing it away.

I listed mine free for the taking as long as they pick it up. Had a guy who said he would pick it up, but later said he couldn't so he wanted me to deliver it, . . . . .for free, . . . . over an hour away. Idiot. It went straight to the scrap yard.

If you don't mind holding on to it for awhile, you might be able to get $1-200 out of it. Otherwise, try to offer it up free and see if an Eco or V6 owner wants to grab them.

18 GT mufflers are a bit more desirable now, same no drone but better sound and quad tips.

Since it's a GT exhaust you might be able to find a V6 or Ecoboost buyer. I bought my '15 V6 Mustang in September, and then I bought a stock GT exhaust last month from Craigslist.

What about a stock suspension and front brakes?

Off a V6? About $3 maybe. People want GT PP takeoff suspension and base GT brakes, not base V6 of either. You'd be holding them for a long time (I would guess) waiting for someone with a V6 that just happens to be looking for used rotors/pads at the time that they need new for their car. I'd say slim chance it works out but you never know.

I gave mine to a buddy that wants to get them painted red and swap on his car which has about 50k miles so he will get ~18k rotors/pads instead.

That's $3 more than I'm asking. I'd like to find somebody with a high mileage V6 and give them to them. Less than 1K on everything.
