Can't logon from iPad

How come I can't logon from my iPad? I can obviously logon from my PC. Tried logging off the PC but still no luck. Suggestions???!!!

Go back on your iPad - depending which browser you were using, go into it and clear all history and caches.

If you are using content blockers, be sure that the blocker isn’t blocking the site name or ip - if it is, you’ll have to manually add the site to the content blocker white list.

Load up the site again fresh, it should work.

There should be no reason logging in from your iPad would be any different than from a PC, smartphone, etc. Just make sure you've cleared your browser's cache and have the correct credentials.

OK, I have a theory. I've tried with my iPhone and another iPad with the same results. They've recently been updated to iOS 12.1.1 so I'm thinking this may have something to do with it. While trying to find a cable to connect a female USB port that most won't transfer data with OS 12. I'm able to get on to the 4Runner site but haven't tried the F150 Raptor site yet. Don't have the Raptor anymore 'cause I threw keys to get the Mustang. Thanks again for the help.
