It's easy, turn the steering wheel towards the frame, pull out three of those pushpins, and you will see something that looks like a area where a screwdriver can come in on the bottom of the housing, use a small flat screwdriver and you can get about two full turns, that photo shows the difference in the garage which should add up to more on the road... All of the fog lights are pointing 4 feet in front of the car and should be raised so they do more than just make your car visible.How hard is it to get to the adjustment screws on the fog lights? Have to pull the front fender liners away to get behind the fog lights?
