2018 engines have had problems and Ford has owned up that there are problems to their dealers. Engine block problems and timing chains jumping their tracks to valves just dropping in cylinders. A dogs breakfast.
These usually happen in the first few hundred or first few thousand miles. Ford offers to replace with a short block (usually because of a tick) or buy-back. Everyone goes buy-back so there are all sorts of cars brand new with very low miles bought back or lemon law, so you don’t want that. Frankly I’d buy a new 2019. Check out the link below for more fun:
