the GT500 will not have the chassis equipment to beat the ZLE so it better have an auto option, now if Ford builds a R/KR/whatever model to tackle the ZLE then by all means let that be manual only but imo a auto option would still be smarter from a sales angle
The new GT500 will destroy the zl1 1le, when it comes out.

Pretty bold claims for having no concrete details of what the car will be or have :like:

Ideally , I would like to have both an auto trans and a manual trans GT500 in my garage. Autos can be quite fun to drive in their own way.

So, Ford has still yet to reveal the car. That leads me to believe these images are fake, or they are considering cancelling the car.

Maybe its the angle, but it reminds me of an audi grille. It's tough to tell if it's a better looking car, but form this one pic, the gt350 looks cleaner and more consistent w Ford's design language.

It's definitely not the most flattering photo, kind of "up the nose", combined with the corner angle that also makes it looks very chunky.

With these open grill designs that have become so popular, they're way more emphasized by lighter colors - I'd imagine a black, darker metallic gray will look pretty kickass, and of course, some better photography.

That first picture is still a little odd, looks slightly tampered, and there's no obvious fender-to-fascia seam (that's even very present on Ford marketing material for the GT350).

Ford said in January 2018 (NAIAS) that the car would be revealed in 2019.
So why then would they reveal it to the dealers, leading to these abhorrent "leaked" photos? I mean, a lot of real buyers (including myself) are already looking to pull the triggers on other cars based on this...

Is that supposed to be okay?

Definitely not. You and many others need more patience. It's not up to Ford or any other product manufacturer to make good purchasing behavior for you.

OK, this was just posted on the "GT500 Predator" Facebook page......

I'm guessing someone's created a car for SEMA and they've based on what we've seen of the GT500 so far, only this one has a big difference in terms of the headlamps...
