Some questions from a prospective buyer

I went buy a local dealer today and got very little information. Does anyone know how many Bullitts will be built in 2020? Also are they subjected to the gas guzzler tax? If so, what is the rate. I love the car but want to go 8nto this with eyes open.

Ford won't say how many Bullitts they're making either for 2019 or 2020. No gas guzzler tax.
