Curiously, what was your reasoning for going narrower with wheel widths? Car looks great btw!
Thank you ! I still have the stock 19’s with the Michelin’s to stick back on for track days. No need for the width daily. Actually they are square 10.5 not 10; my bad on the title

You can run a 20x11 / 20x11.5 setup without any major issues. The most concern I have ever come across from anyone using a 20" setup was a slight rub of the front tire to the fender liner at full lock.
I've upsized on many of my cars and I've never had an issue. Upsizing should not cause any rubbing as the circumference of the tries should be the same. If you are seeing rubbing going from a 19" to a 20" setup, the wheel offset is likely incorrect. The stock GT350 (non R) has 10.5 and 11" wheel widths. It sounds like you are using tires with the proper aspect ratio to keep the circumference the same so I can only guess rubbing would be caused by using 20"wheels .5" wider than stock with an improper offset. Why not upsize and keep the stock wheel width and offset?

In most cases you would be correct. This is also assuming you ran the same type of tire with similar dimensions. In this scenario the rubbing is due to the taller sidewall of the Pilot 4S. You also have some unique fender liner characteristics with the GT350 with areas that bulge. Offsets being the same as OEM will rub inboard at full lock. Even when pushed further outboard it will contact the bottom edge of the fender at the side skirt. The fix is in running the right tire.
