$20 shipped. Will meet in local DC metro.

Did not want to trash these... the KN filter can be cleaned.... it might have 5000 to 7000 miles on it... the stock filter is almost new with maybe 1000 to 2000 miles (I'm guessing here... I had the stock filter, went with the KN and then purchased the Ford Performance tune which installed the GT350 filter). The KN looks like it could use a cleaning.

Frankly there was not a difference going from the stock filter to the KN filter. KN filter is a great deal if you were looking for a stock drop in filter. The cleaning kit on Amazon is under $10...
