1. How many miles on your current engine? ~7,300miles (~11,700kms)
2. Have you ever had your engine replaced, and if so why? No
3. Do you frequently track your car? No
4. What is the date of manufacture of your car? 6/2017
5. Have you had any engine mods/upgrades done, OPG's, valves, cams etc? No
6. How much oil do you pull out of your catch cans? Didn't track the amount, I remember it being around maybe 1oz or so in the syringe I used to remove it, very little, passenger side only.
My car seems to burn no oil so far, or if it is, it is a very small amount. I avoid any high rpm low load situations, and typically tend to drive a little harder than most, the majority of the time. If I'm pulling out or turning onto another road, I always accelerate a little quicker (nothing close to WOT) than is necessary to get "good fuel economy". Average about 1617/100km which is around 13.5-14.7MPG. And this is with virtually ZERO stop and go traffic where fuel economy is worse. Just to provide a sense that I typically always try to have some measure of load on the engine, with no loafing or lugging the engine.
