I would say no. They aren't using your car to sell their product, nor are they claiming your car is doing anything. It is odd as fuck that he has it in his signature though

Its weird because its not a professional looking photo you would use for something like company advertising, its just some dudes car in his driveway.

Technically speaking it is copy right infringement. If you took the picture, you own the rights to the picture, and it is being used for commercial purposes.

They aren't taking any money out of your pocket, and likely not making any money off of the picture itself........so, it's something to talk about, or you can ask them to remove it.......
