Installed on my '17 GT at about 1500 miles and I just pulled it off at 4500 as it's getting a Paxton and a different catch can. Perfect shape, Includes instructions, separator and both hoses. Both push pins are there and not broken. Will ship in original box.

Is this what is called a catch can? Whats the purpose of it? Sorry just got my 17 last week, still learning.

Yes. It keeps excessive oil from the PCV system out of the intake.
