A10 trans not engaging

2018 with whipple. Has anyone else had a pro lem with shifts between 1st and 2nd in parking lots or drive thru's not engaging. Give it gas and car revs but doesn't go anywhere, I have to let the gas pedal out let the transmission engage before it will go.
Never had a problem until I put the whipple on. Not sure if it's the tune or transmission hurt.

OP mine is stock but I have never experienced anything like you mentioned. The only thing I can tell you is that the 1-2 shift is jerky when the car is cold but once the trans temp warms up the shifts are smooth.

My stock 2018 GT Auto Mag PP has a blend date of 12/21/2017. I don’t have any flaring on the 1-2 shifts. But, if I step on the throttle pedal just after shifting from R to D it will flare. I can brake the car to a stop and it will then engage 1st gear.

I have issues with transitioning between first and second in S. I wouldn't say it is a problem but it is rather aggressive at certain RPM levels. Sort of a lurch or clunk going 2-1 mostly but occasionally 1-2. Stock 2018.

Yeah what tune on the car?? If it’s whipple do you have their lastest revision? If you have custom tune log it and send it to them.

Are you having the issue if say, driving for a period of time then parking the vehicle for less than 15 mins, restarting putting it in R, backing up and putting it into D?

When it's cold it seems to be ok. But after it warms up is when I have the problem. Did not start until after I put the whipple on. Just weird. Getting it tuned on Monday will see if that helps

Also a little weird thing that happened tonight.went to race a charger and put it in sport plus mode and when I went to take off rpm shot up but car did not go anywhere. Again let go of the pedal transmission engaged and away she went. But after that she ran good.

i had the same thing happen today and have had the other issue you talked about between 1st and 2nd gear. i am also whipple w/ there tune. gonna contact them for there newest tune.

Well I am getting it tuned Monday I will let you know what happens.

Any update on this 10R80 issue with the Whipple tune. I am seeing similar behavior.

Yes I got the newer update through whipple and transmission shifting back to normal
