Paul at PK Auto design in Cal suggested the size and it was a great fit. Apparently this is a common setup. The stock size actually looked a bit recessed with the 1" lowering springs. With the this setup, they look great and peak out just the right amount. I love it.

It's your aspect ratio.
The sidewall height of a tire is the section width times the aspect ratio. So your 305/35s have a sidewall height of 305 * .35 = 106.75mm.
The 325/30s have a sidewall height of 325 * .30 = 97.5mm.
So the radius of your tires is almost 3/8" greater than the 325/30s, putting them closer to the lip of the wheel well. The 325/30s poke out more, but there is more clearance to the lip of the wheel well.

Had an oil change done at 10k miles. While I was there I had them inspect and take pictures of the fabric top. The seam appears to be separating from the top along the drivers side door. Ford has agreed to replace the top. One of the pictures is of a normal portion of the stitching as a comparison, One of my concerns with the vert is how well the top will hold up.

Adjusted the interior gauge color and ambient lighting. The My Color feature is really an awesome bonus. I have been so busy and focused on other things that I never really thought about what color combination would work best. Settled on Blue and Red...

Do you mind sharing the offsets? And did you need spacers for the front...

You car looks gorgeous, and love those wheels. I'm thinking of going the same route

Thanks

Isn’t the challenge the change in rolling diameter?

The stock size (295/40R19) = 28.3”
305/35R35 = 27.4” (-3.2%)
325/30R19 = 26.7” (-5.7%)

The recommendation is to stay within 3% change. More than Paul may be able to chime in

Actually last week, went out and did another track day to dial it all in. Probably the last of the season but was super stoked to knock off 5 seconds off my last lap time:rockon: Still lots to learn though...
