Telematics/Sync Connect Antenna part numbers

Looking for part numbers for the cellular and WiFi antenna components for the TCU (telematics module), common name for it is the Sync Connect module.

It looks like there are several parts to the cellular antenna, including a splitter. I am looking for all of those components, and the WiFi antenna components, as well.

Benny, from the diagram, I'd be looking at 18K891A,19A390A, 18A886, 19A390B, and HM1. I think there may be two sets 19A390B antennas - one for both the left and right side of the car, but if you could confirm, that would be great.
