The dealer sent me a screenshot of their info where the VIN shows, but its showing 11 digits instead of 17, is this normal?
(They moved my order production date from end of october to end of november also, bummer)

I think it is not normal.
Could be only part of 17 character regular code.

All good now, have the 17 digits now (the first 6 were missing), needed to ask my dealer. However, on the ford performance webchat they were able to find it with only the 11 digit code!

Hey, WTF: COTUS is no longer functional. Message says pilot completed, contact dealer for status. WTF???

Wow I got a message from COTUS checker this morning that there was finally a change. Cotus was down but the above link worked fine. I now have a window sticker, in production and an estimated delivery date of 11/07. 27 more days....hope I can wait it out!
