My warranty is 3 year/60000 km basic. 5 year/100000 km powertrain.

Warranty on my 2018 is 3yr/36,000 mile, 5yr/100,000 mile

Can you find any with the same specs that I’m looking for with low miles?? I’m honestly curious, because I can’t

You try car gurus , Craigslist and autotrader?

Anyone can make up a craigslist ad just to fuck w dealer so they lower price.
Spec the ad as whatever you want.
Then you tell dealer hold up because you are looking at a Craigslist stang.lol.
Dealer finds ad, and then has to decide if they want to compete.
They might suspect it's bogus ad. ... Just giving you ammo to negotiate.
Keep in mind, we would also then know about any other buyers in the area if they contact ad.
This gives you a really good idea how many buyers you might be up against.

Yes, I’ve searched car gurus and auto trader daily. Mostly car gurus. That’s where I found the one that I am looking at. It’s been on there for 56 days. They started at $33ish, then $29.9, now $28.5, and I’m seeing if they will budge anymore

This price is good and if you can get it just under 28k "out the door"...... BUY IT!
S550 Mustangs depreciate 20% in year one and 9% in year two. After that the average is around 5%.
Consider that the depreciation on this car is already paid by someone else and as long as it was well maintained then it's a great buy at that mileage.

Dealer called me this afternoon, the guy that put a deposit on the car called today and cancelled. Supposedly he broke his arm and now is backing out of the deal

Dealer told me the $28.5k still stands if I want. (Previous guy put deposit down to buy it at $30k). I tried to knock them down some more off of the $28.5 but they won’t budge anymore than they already have.

Soooooo, balls in my court now. I have to make a decision by Monday morning. $28.5k for a super low mileage, 401A package, premium, performance pack with leather recaros
