Interesting everyone is saying FF tune quieted it down, I've been running my E85R tune and yesterday wanted to run some 93 through it since it had been a while; switched to flex and its a lot quieter. I think its the change in gas that's making it quieter for a day of two.

I have SW catless, x pipe and muffler delete, not sure I even know what quiet is anymore. I will be putting my stock axle back on soon.

@LETHAL the vibrants or any bottle style resonator won't do too much for volume. The 12469 will do the trick but it's a dual Y set up with one 3" pipe between(see below). Not a TruX like the 12468 which is the 2.5" version. I don't mean to keep harping on that but some places have it advertised as a TruX. For my set up Magnaflow didn't recommend it. N/A who knows if it makes a difference.

Wonder what the 12568 actually looks like inside. Is it just a normal 2.5" X with baffling, or more like a muffler (listed as a muffler). If it is just a true separated resonated xpipe, that may be the way to go. It is certainly cheaper than the resonated x.

The 12568 is a 2.5" TruX, longer and wider than the 12468. If it fits your application it would quiet the car down even more than the 12468.

The width of 11" would be a snug fit at the least.

Is the 468 the same length as the unresonated x-pipes? The width of 9" would be better than the 11" for fitment.

Don't know a lot about the SVE X pipe, but the 468 is the basis for the CJPP cut and clamp resonator.

9" is better for fitment, real estate is at a premium in the tunnel.

This was an in progress shot of my exhaust. You can see where my 2 resonators are, you really can't fit anything much wider in that spot. Besides the 468 has gotten great reviews by those who have used it.

I was really turned off by the design of this muffler when I got it , but it’s really grown on me. The sound is great, and the car absolutely hauls ass! If it’s a restriction I haven’t noticed

There's a guy in another thread that has before and after time slips. He actually picked up a little with the resonator so I don't think it's really a problem N/A.

The 468 muffler alone is only $92 on Amazon. Might worth grabbing and having a shop weld in. Can’t be any more than the cjponyparts cost, even after paying a shop.

Exactly....and because your running the X pipe already the cut and clamp isn't cut and clamp anymore. People really seem to like this option....its the way I would have gone if I wasn't obsessed with 3"

This is before adding any resonators or anything on the dyno. Actually was not too terribly loud through the wall / window I was behind.

Definitely interested though in hearing some more clips of the vibrants and mf.

I have the CJPP tru x. Recommend just buying the 12438 and having an exhaust shop add length/install. You will come out cheaper.
