Does anyone know the exact OEM setup of the audio system on a GT350 with Electronics Package.

What radio, speakers, amp, etc..

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to upgrade the speakers while staying with the OEM interior look.

What info are you seeking?
Brand of equipment? Or just sizes of speakers?
My understanding is that it’s the same as the 9 speaker electronic package system in the GT

I think it's the same also, not 100% sure though.

Questions are:
Does this system have an amp, if so what rating?
Does upgrading speakers help with quality as this unit seems to be high pitched without bass and clarity?

The factory radio is notoriously a spot ford skimps on quality. It’s one of the ways that they keep the price of the car down. With that said, yes upgrading the speakers is a really good way to get a better sounding system.
The system is amplified, but I don’t know what the rating is.

Went with infinity’s for front and rear, added amp, and subwoofer, changed tweeters as well, what a huge difference

I am running Infinity Ref's all the way around. I have the component in the doors, along with the 3.5. I have the rears, and tweeters in the column. I used the stock amp, and I have a Alpine/IC2 powering a 10' kicker comp in a custom box.

The entire system together sounds really good. Install is not super hard, just time consuming. Except for the rear stage, you need to modify the brackets in the doors to get those to fit. The tweeters you need to remove Ford's setup and build the mount for the Infinity's.
