Bad ass! .... but what's the deal on a the tranny . I know rhe Tr6060 will is stronger but did anything happen to the 3150

The clutch failed (Mcleod) and messed it all up. I will be shooting for 1300rwhp soon so i figure lets go with a stronger transmission!

I see you have switched to the Gen 5 whipple too.


I am also loving my RPG built engine after bending a couple of rods on the original motor with the Gen 3 whipple.

Build is similar to yours but block is sleeved(had to ) but I kept the compression stock with diamond pistons.
Only top end upgrade was springs /head studs and replaced a couple of valves .

I also upgraded the clutch to Spec , avoiding the McCleod based on your experience but the Mantic was too much $$$$.

I also upgraded the fuel to a return with triple walbro pumps is a division X hat.


Motor only has 400 miles so still breaking in and Lund wanted to start to with 93/3.75 pulley.

logs on 93 and race gas (20*) looked good so just dropped down to 3.5 pulley but have not been able to get logs as started snowing.
Dyno operator wants a few more miles on the clutch before he will strap it down .

Says the guy who just bought a 19 GT 350 and has a 2017 GT at LPF for a twin turbo install ? .
Still planning the 6r80 swap ?
I guess you are dropping “shekels “ then . Lol

if you don’t have anything meaningful or that will contribute to the thread then why say anything ?

As long as its not “your money “ being dropped why do you care ?

Yes doing built 6r80 swap. I wish someone would make a roots/tvs for the gt350 tat keeps the strut brace

This is the R on the dyno. ATI is making a custom 10 rib setup for us.

13PSI of boost. As soon as we get the new pulleys boost will be increased to 20psi
what six rib pulley size was that ?
I have a 3.25 griptec pulley now on mine with the sleeved /built engine . Stock 12.1 compression
Not sure if my boost gauge is accurate but only seeing 12 psi .
I will schedule a dyno as soon as I get 1000 miles on the spec clutch .
