I did send Lund my datalogs about 2 weeks ago. They said my car is ok and that most of the gains came on the transmission side. I believe that since they raised the rpm limit and increased the rpm that my car shifts at.
I did have my car on a Dynocom dyno when it was bone stock (no CAI) and the results were very disappointing. I made 2 runs with the Lund tune in the car and then for the 3rd run I went back to stock tune. The results showed the Lund tune gained 4 hp and lost 3 ft/lbs of torque. What's worse is it also showed the Lund tune lost about 20 ft/lbs torque on the low end (2k-3k rpm).

WTF...

Not confused... just surprised the Lund tune only accounted for 4 hp and a Tq loss.

Yeah i hope thats not the norm lol, I picked up a nGauge Texas speed LTH from a friend for swapping out the headers before i even got my car. So hopefully they do good work, and from my research they sound like they do.. I just went with that nGauge because it was "free" but dont mind selling it for cheap and putting it towards an unlocked one and get tuned by another company

I have no problem with Lund Racing. I just don't like the Ngauge because if you buy it then they are the only people that can tune your car (with the Ngauge). They are very accommodating and work hard to make you happy with the tunes so no complaint there.
The Ngauge is pretty fast to install tunes (about 6 minutes).

I had similar results with a 93 tune JLT and x pipe (different tuner.) My gains with the mention mods was about 27 hp and like 15 more torque. If you don't have that E-85 around, you will be disappointed with the gains. In your case is even weirder but this 2018's do not gain too much HP with the 93 gas. They do however gain a shit ton with E-85 like 50hp more.

Just my 2 cents.

Auto or manual? Would it make a difference?

You have almost my exact set-up. 2017 5.0 with 3.55 gears, FP PP2, FP blue filter, MBRP Street cat-back (plus a few suspension upgrades that wouldn't make a difference here).

Where'd you get this dyno'd? With an e85 tune and 18 mani, you would be making 450/400 probably for less than a grand extra.

No way a 18 mani is picking up over 50 hp vs a GT350 mani.

Geezus people are drinking the 18 koolaide.
