All parts are coming out of my 2015 Mustang GT (now Sync3 equipped)
Brackets on the ACM are included.
Screen mounting brackets ARE NOT.

I have a 2018 with the base radio / no options. What else would I need to buy to convert my car to Sync2 plus nav?

I can’t tell, sorry. I believe it involves some rewiring, harness adapters stuff like that, but I’m absolutely unsure.

You’d need the bezel with the toggle buttons additionally to fit everything in your center console.
Wiring needs to be changed anyways and I’m not sure if the usb cable that connects your hub / sd-card reader is already present in the base cars
