2015 and Newer Mustang Motor Mount Brackets
MM008
Reduce engine movement and improve throttle response on your 2015 and newer Mustang with Motor Mount Brackets from BMR Suspension. The factory mounts are bulky and don’t leave room for large exhaust options. They also don’t give you the ability adjust engine height. The BMR mount brackets are constructed from 1/4-inch, laser cut steel plate with aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacers. The BMR Motor Mount Brackets (PN MM008) allow you to lower the engine by as much as a ½-inch, and give you additional room for large-tube headers or turbo kits. The brackets bolt to the factory motor mount bushings, adding all this with no change in NVH. Installation time is 3-4 hours. Available in black hammertone or red powdercoat.

If I had not just done my motor mounts I would order a set. Maybe later on. I am in no mood to climb around under there again right now. Nice product!

Question
Will these cause any header clearance issues on a 2015-2017 GT with ARH 1-7/8” long tubes when used on the any of the settings. Stock height/ 1/4” or 1/2” drop?
Thanks!

Kelly, these are great! I hope to be parting out soon otherwise I would snatch these up immediately. I will without a doubt pick up a set the next time I do headers. Great job

We have ARH headers / exhaust on one of our projects cars with no issues at any position. :headbang:

Did you use the BMR motor mounts? If so, did you put the long bolt through the bottom or the top? BMR is not clear about this in the instructions.

They will work with MM007 - but they do require either a shorter bolt or you need to shim a little to take up for the shank of the bolt. It is pretty simple.

Will these lower the engine enough to fit a Cobra Jet intake manifold under a stock hood on a 2018 Mustang GT?

More thank likely not. I used the brackets and mounts and still could not clear the blower with the strut brace and I have header clearance issues.
