Got my car dyno'd yesterday to make sure it's safe for track duty.

2016 GTPP, 93 octane

408 whp, 380 wtq, SAE corrected. Uncorrected was 417 whp I believe.

Only mods are an AEM drop in filter, Mishimoto intake tube, and a Borla Touring cat-back. This is a combo that works really well together, and the tuner was blown away by the intake elbow, it beats the shit out of a lot of aftermarket intakes. He's a road racer, so big proponent of a stock or at least a closed airbox.

AFRs not shown, but it was dead nuts 0.84-0.85 lambda across the board so approx 12.0:1. It only took about 4-5 pulls to dial everything in, and the car drives better than it ever has, perfect manners, and pulls like an ox.

What's everyone using for drivetrain loss? At 15% this equates to 480 bhp which is an INSANE bump from the stock 435 bhp with just a cat back and franken-intake.

I’m going to have my tuner dial it back with a different pulley. I don’t feel safe running this much power on pump 93

I don't know how to post a picture of the charts but here are my disappointing results.
2018 Mustang GT Performance package with Lund Tune and JLT CAI (Tune required).

Run #1 Max Power @ 6930 rpm 406.5
Run #1 Max Torque @ 4710 rpm 387.6
Run #2 Max Power @ 7000 rpm 408.2
Run #2 Max Torque @ 4660 rpm 381.9

The first run stopped at 7000 rpm.
The second run stopped at 7400 rpm.

I feel like something is off with this tune. My stock tune 18 ran quite a bit higher than this. Did you data log and send back for review?

What kind of dyno was this done on?

I never did get a review or improvement to the tune. My health and rainy days seemed to conspire against me. I did do one data log @ the 1/8 mile strip but I guess it was not useful or too late. I was not able to get the full data log that Lund recommends.
The Dyno this time was a Dyno Jet with a guy who put my Supercharged Scatpack on the Dyno Jet and came up with what was expected numbers (535hp with only 6 psi boost/no other mods) so I have confidence in him.
I did do a couple of Dyno runs earlier (stock and with Lund tune/no CAI) on a different model Dyno that usually reads lower than most so it's not useful for comparison.

Definitely get some data logs back to Lund to make sure things are ok. Make sure your fuel is good, maybe bad tank of 93. I'm also still a little suspect of this dyno. Was this done in 7th gear with the traction and advance trac off?

I did send Lund my datalogs about 2 weeks ago. They said my car is ok and that most of the gains came on the transmission side. I believe that since they raised the rpm limit and increased the rpm that my car shifts at.
I did have my car on a Dynocom dyno when it was bone stock (no CAI) and the results were very disappointing. I made 2 runs with the Lund tune in the car and then for the 3rd run I went back to stock tune. The results showed the Lund tune gained 4 hp and lost 3 ft/lbs of torque. What's worse is it also showed the Lund tune lost about 20 ft/lbs torque on the low end (2k-3k rpm).
