Hey guys,
Just got my new 2018 EcoBoost. It is the base model but has the 101a package option. This upgrades the sound system to the big screen and 9 speakers among other things. What I have noticed is that the rear speakers don't seem to be adding much to the overall sound at all. I can change the sound to just be the back speakers and they sound like crap. not very loud and no bass to speak of. It seems like everything that comes out is coming out of the dash. I would think if the backs were working properly the sound would be more centered.
Does anyone else have this same option and are you hearing the same thing? Just want to get some feedback before I take it to the dealer to have them dig around and tell me there is nothing wrong.
I am not sure if this package ads an AMP to the mix or not. Have not been able to find any details on that either. I know there is no SUB for sure.
Thanks!
